Sunday morning September 17 at 11:08am the station along with Kent County Md Ambulance 2 were alerted for the auto accident with injuries at Delaney's Church. While enroute Kent Center advised they had received a second call reporting that it was involving a motorcycle adding Kent County Medic KM6, DSP Trooper 4 and Ambulance B-26 from New Castle. Command 45 with Deputy Chief Carrow arrived and found the conditions as reported and established Clayton Command. Rescue 45 w/7, Chief Wes Davis and Engine 45-4 w/6, Lt. Jonathan Burnett arrived behind the chief. The crew from Rescue 45 along with KM6 began patient care while the crew from 45-4 established a landing zone for aviation. Brush 45 w/4 arrived and assisted with traffic control. The motorcycle operator was transported to CER by Trooper 4 while the operator of the car was transported to Union Hospital in Elkton Md by Ambulance 2.
