Hall Rental

The William R. "Ace" Carrow Memorial Hall is a full service banquet facility. The hall is located at 300 East Street in Clayton Delaware. Meals are catered by the Clayton Auxiliary. CATERED EVENTS INFORMATION

The Auxiliary of the Clayton Fire Company would like to thank you for considering us to cater your next event. We hope we can make your event a memorable one.  Here is the list of meals that we offer. 

Meal includes: Choice of one (1) or two (2) meats

Each meal comes with; 1 – your choice of a potato item and two (2) vegetables or 2 – your choice of a potato item, one (1) vegetable and one item from the other choices.

Meals also include one beverage – coffee or iced tea. If both coffee and iced tea are requested, an extra fee of $25.00 will be charged.
 

Items that can also be included with your meal: Pickled Beets, Pickle Tray, Rolls and Butter

 We provide foam dinner plates, foam cups, true silverware, paper napkins and plastic table coverings. We can also provide white linen skirting for the head table h’orderves/snack table and event cake table. Note: China plates are available if desired; there is an additional fee of $2.00 per person added to your total cost for the china plates.

COST AND FEE INFORMATION:

One (1) Meat Meal: $18.00 per person
Two (2) Meat Meal: $20.00 per person

 

Please note: At the conclusion of your event, no food will be provided to take home. A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your event date and will be deducted from your final bill. The final headcount and balance owed is due 10 days prior to the event. The auxiliary will be glad to cut your event cake for an additional charge of $35. This price includes foam plates, napkins and plastic silverware.
 
The auxiliary will assist with the h’orderves/snacks prior to the dinner for a fee of $4.00 per person. This includes napkins and small plastic plates.
 
If you choose to provide your own table clothes there is a $30.00 fee for the Auxiliary to handle the table clothes.

USE OF THE HALL

 By booking your event at the William R. “Ace” Carrow Memorial Hall you will have use of the hall for four (4) hours. If your event is to run longer than the four (4) hours allotted there is an additional fee of $50. Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling or on any walls in the hall. No bird seed, bubbles or rice in the hall or lobby. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises. All alcohol must be purchased through the fire company.

The hall rental fee is $300.00 and the janitor fee is $125.00 for parties up to 150 and $150.00 for parties over 150. By booking your event with us you will have all day, the day of the event to decorate. Your four (4) hour time starts when your event begins.

Linens are available for an additional cost.
