The William R. "Ace" Carrow Memorial Hall is a full service Banquet Facility. The hall is located at the Clayton Fire Company at 300 East St. in Clayton. Meals are catered by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Clayton Fire Company. The Ladies Auxiliary is a Serv Safe certified organization. They can handle small or large Banquets up to 300 people. The newly renovated facilities has many exciting new features for your needs. The Ladies Auxiliary of the Clayton Fire Company would like to thank you for considering us to cater your next event. We hope we can make your next event a most memorable one for you. Contained below is all the information you will need to assist you in answering your questions and selecting an appropriate menu.
DINNER INCLUDES: Your choice of one (1) or two (2) meats are available with each meal. Each meal comes with your choice of a potato item and two (2) vegetables or a potato item, one (1) vegetable and one item from other choices. Meals also include one beverage – coffee or ice tea. If both beverages are requested, an extra fee of $25.00 will be charged.

PICKLED BEETS, PICKLE TRAY, ROLLS AND BUTTER
We provide foam dinner plates, foam cups, true silverware, paper napkins and plastic table coverings. We can also provide white linen skirting for the head table H’orderves/snack table and wedding cake table. Note: China plates are available if desired; there is an additional fee of $2.00 per person added to your total cost for the china plates.
One (1) Meat Dinners: $16.00 per person
Two (2) Meat Dinners: $18.00 per person
Please note: At the conclusion of your event, no food will be provided to take home. A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your event date and will be deducted from your final bill. Total amount for your event is due the day of the event. The auxiliary will be glad to cut your event cake for an additional charge of $35. This price includes foam plates, napkins and plastic silverware.
The auxiliary will assist with the H’ orderves/snacks prior to the dinner for a fee of $3.00 per person. This includes napkins and small plastic plates.
If you choose to provide your own table clothes there is a $30.00 fee for the Auxiliary to handle the table clothes.
By booking your event at the William R. “Ace” Carrow Memorial Hall you will have use of the hall for four (4) hours. If your event is to run longer than the four (4) hours allotted a fee of $50.00 for each additional hour is to be paid to the Bar. Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling or on any walls in the hall. No bird seed, bubbles or rice in the hall or lobby. No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises. All alcohol must be purchased through the fire company. Hall rental fee of $300.00 and a Janitor fee of $125.00 will be added to the cost of your event. By booking your event with us you will have all day, the day of the event to decorate. Your four (4) hour time starts when your event begins.
