As we begin our work week we take a moment to remember all those lost in the Terrorist Attacks on New York City, Washington DC and Shanksville Pa. On that day our nation changed forever and the lives of thousands were changed forever. We especially remember the 23 NYPD Officers, 37 Port Authority Officers and the 343 FDNY Firefighters killed trying to rescue people from the World Trade Centers. We also remembers those individuals from the Emergency Service Agencies that have died from cancer that they received from working at Ground Zero after the tragedy. This year marks 16 years since the attacks. The company will again be attending the Smyrna/Clayton Memorial Service to be held this evening at the Citizens Hose Co. at 7pm. The community is invited to attend this annual event. Never Forget!
On Monday evening the company along with numerious other Fire, Police and EMS agencies attended the Memorial Service as we have every year since September 11, 2001.
