Friday afternoon at 12:14 the station was dispatched for a pickup truck on fire on Deer Antler Rd west of Hollett's Corner Rd. Engine 45-4 w/6, Past Chief Jeff Lightcap and Rescue 45 w/4, Asst. Chief Ray Johnson arrived to find a pickup truck involved. The crew from 45-4 placed a line in service and was able to bring the fire under control within a few minutes.
