EARLY MORNING ACCIDENT SEND TWO TO HOSPITAL

An early morning accident sent two subjects to a local emergency hospital.  At 0830 the station along with Ambulance 64, KM6, KM5 and Trooper 4 were dispatched for the auto accident with a subject reported trapped in front of the Clayton Intermediate School.  Rescue 45 w/6, Chief Wes Davis and EMS arrived together and found two vehicles involved with no entrapment.  The crew from Rescue 45 assisted EMS with treating patients and securing both vehicles.  Engine 45-4 w/4, Past Chief Skip Carrow arrived and assisted crews on scene.  Both operators were transported from the scene one to KGH and the other to Smyrna/Clayton ER.  Chief Davis had the Clayton Command.  Units responding; Rescue 45, Engine 45-4, B-64, A-64, KM6, Km5, Trooper 4 and Clayton PD.  Photo's courtesy Mike Carroll.
