During the Opening Ceremony for this years Delaware Volunteer Firefighters Association Conference in Dover the DVFA recognized Clayton PD Officer PFC Danny Hume and Smyrna PD Officers Sgt. Mike Helton and PFC Tate Coulbourne for their actions during the fatal trailer fire on April 1, 2019 in the Clayton Courts Mobile Home Community where two residents were rescued from the fire.
