ENGINE AND LADDER GO TO SMYRNA FOR HOUSE FIRE

Friday morning at 7:46am the station along with tanker and emgine Station 53, Ambulance 64 and KM6 were dispatched to assist Station 44 on the residental structure fire in the 300 block of Lake Drive.  Quint 45 w/5, Capt. Jonathan Burnett and Engine 45-2 w/6, Past Chief Rodney Whalen arrived along with Smyrna's Engine 44-3 to find a one story residence with smoke showing.  The crew from the engine companies placed lines in service while the ladder crews performed the searches.  The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.  There were no reported injuries.  Lt.
