On Thursday November 5 Life Member Mike Rush was buried with full firefighter honors after a long struggle with health issues. Mike was made an honoryary life memebr in February and the company was not able to get his membership card to him after several attempts. The card was presented to his wife on Wednesday November 4th. Mike was a life memebr of the Wilm Manor Fire Comapy with 50 years of service and served for 33 years with the Christina Fire COmpany. Mike was a past presdient of the Delaware State Fire Chiefs and a strong safety advocate for the fire service. Mike is buried at the St. Rosa of Lime Church in Chesapeake City.
