The Officers and Members of our company are joining the Citizens Hose Company of Smyrna in mourning the passing of member and Past Fire Policeman Richard Schwalb. Mr. Schwalb past away over the weekend after a long illness. Mr. Schwalb was very active with the Citizens Hose Co. as a Fire Policeman for many years. He was also active in the Kent County and Delaware Fire Police Associations.
