During the Delaware State Fire Police Associations Conference meeting Citizens Hose Co. Fire Policeman Jim Masten was named Kent County Fire Policeman of the Year. Jim who is a Life Member of the Citizens Hose Co. is also a member of the Clayton Fire Co. and volunteers as a Fire Policeman with both departments. The Officers and Members of the company would like to congratulate Jim on his award.
