Thursday night at 11:12 the Clayton along with Ambulance 64 were dispatched to the auto accident on Wheatleys Pond Road at the entrance to Huntington Mills. After recieving additional calls for a subject unconscious Kent Center added KM6 and Trooper 4. Command 45, Rescue 45 and Squad 45 arrived just behind EMS units and found a single vehicle into a wooden fence. EMS assets began patient care while fire units secured the vehicle and cleared debri so personnel could remove the victim from the vehicle. The vicitim was transported to Clayton Elementary School by BLS/ALS ground units to Trooper 4 where she was airlifted to CER. The roadway was closed down for an extended period of time while DELOT cleared the debri from the roadway and Clayton PD investgated the accident. Deputy Chief Carrow had the Clayton Command.
