Clayton, DE – February 11, 2025, Each month at the regular fire company meeting of the Clayton Fire Company the company takes time to recognize one of its members who the previous month did the best they could for the fire company. This member may not have attended the most functions or alarms but went above and beyond for that month. In the month of February, the company honored member Past Chief Jeffery A. Hurlock as the January Member of the Month. Past Chief Hurlock attended 30 alarms, 2 drills, 1 company meeting, and had 15 miscellaneous points for a total of 51 points and a total of 113 for the year. The companies points Calander starts November 1st. The members of the Clayton Fire Company would like to thank for his hard work and dedication.
