Wednesday evening during the monthly meeting of the Kent County Fire chiefs association Deputy Chief Alex Carrow was installed into the office of 2 Vice President of their association. Chief Carrow will hold this office for a year and then move up to 1st Vice president and then President of their association during the 2019-2020 year.
