The company is proud to place in service a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV Command Unit. The unit will be known as Command 45 and will rotate between the line officers during their duty week. This units continues to give a line officer the means to arrived to a scene usually prior to the fire apparatus. These extra seconds to a minute gives them the chance to survey the scene to determine the best course of action the arriving apparatus should take. The vehicle was purchased with the assistance of State Representative William Carson. All up-fitting was completed by 10-8 Emergency Vehicle Specialists in New Holland Pa. The Old Command unit which was a 2009 Chevrolet Subarban will transition to it's new role as EMS 45. This vehicle will now run on EMS type runs which will give us a vehicle that is easier to get around in and will reduce the wear and tear on the bigger aparatus and prolong their life. The company would again like to thank Rep. Carson and 10-8 Emergency Vehicle specialists for their help with this project.
