MEMBERS OF CITIZENS HOSE COMPANY REMEMBER FIRE CHIEF JOHN M. PRIDEMORE
Sunday, September 18, 2022

Every year on the morning after the state firemans convention parade members of the Citizens Hose Co. have visited the graves of deceased members to pay respect and remember those past members.  Since the firemans association no longer holds an annual parade the members of Citizens Hose use the Sunday following the last day of the convention meetings to hold this rememberance.  This morning while making their rounds to different grave sites of their deceased members our brothers and sisters from Smyrna took a moment to stop by Station 45 and spend a minute to remember Chief John M. Pridemore who passed away in March of this year.  While there the members from Smyrna placed a flower at the memorial infront of our station for Chief Pridemore.  This is what makes the brotherhood of the fire service so strong.  The Officers and Members of the Clayton Fire Co. would like to thank the Officers and Members of the Citizens hose Co. for taking the time to remember our chief in this manner.
